Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 November 2025

Refund Policy for The Pit Boxing Gym LTD

At The Pit Boxing Gym LTD, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all members and customers. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing memberships, classes, event tickets or products.

1. Memberships

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.

If you believe a payment has been taken in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate the matter.

If The Pit Boxing Gym LTD is unable to provide the services purchased due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement session;

  • Credit your account; or

  • Provide a full or partial refund.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Classes

Payments for individual training sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

If you are unable to attend a booked session, please notify us as early as possible.

Where sufficient notice is given (normally at least 24 hours before the session), we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your booking to another available session.

Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for a refund.

3. Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for boxing events organised by The Pit Boxing Gym LTD are non-refundable unless:

  • The event is cancelled by us; or

  • We are legally required to issue a refund.

If an event is postponed, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Merchandise

If you purchase physical goods from us, you may have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may return eligible unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the items are:

  • Unused;

  • In their original condition;

  • Returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we will:

  • Repair the item (where appropriate);

  • Replace the item; or

  • Provide a full refund.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

6. Digital Products

If we sell digital products or downloadable content, refunds will generally not be available once the download has started or access has been provided, unless required by law.

7. Direct Debit Memberships

If your membership is paid by Direct Debit and you wish to cancel, please contact us before your next scheduled payment.

Cancellation requests will not normally result in a refund of payments already collected unless required by law or where a payment has been taken in error.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

Refund requests due to illness, injury or other exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of The Pit Boxing Gym LTD. Supporting evidence may be requested where appropriate.
