1. About Us

The Pit Boxing Gym is an England Boxing affiliated amateur boxing club providing boxing training and fitness sessions for juniors, teenagers and adults.
 

2. Website Use

You agree to:

  • Use this website only for lawful purposes.

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

  • Not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

  • Not use this website in a way that could damage or disrupt its operation.

All website content, including logos, images, text and branding, remains the property of The Pit Boxing Gym unless otherwise stated.
 

3. Memberships & Class Bookings

  • Memberships and class bookings are subject to availability.

  • Membership fees must be paid in accordance with the payment plan selected.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or detrimental to the club or its members.
     

4. Free Trial Sessions

Where offered, free trial sessions are limited to one per person unless otherwise agreed by The Pit Boxing Gym.
 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership fees and session payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered where:

  • A session is cancelled by The Pit Boxing Gym.

  • We are unable to provide the service purchased.

  • A refund is required under applicable UK consumer law.

Missed sessions due to personal circumstances are not normally refundable.
 

6. Health & Safety

By participating in training, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit to participate.

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

  • You understand that boxing and fitness training involve inherent risks of injury.

Participants train entirely at their own risk.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring any medical information provided for children is accurate and kept up to date.
 

7. Personal Belongings

The Pit Boxing Gym accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
 

8. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Treat coaches, staff and fellow members with respect.

  • Follow all safety instructions.

  • Use equipment responsibly.

  • Maintain appropriate behaviour at all times.

Abusive language, bullying, discrimination, harassment or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises and termination of membership.
 

9. Photography & Social Media

From time to time photographs or videos may be taken during classes or events.

Where required, parental consent will be obtained before images of children are used for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform us before participating.
 

10. Events

Separate terms may apply to competitions, exhibitions and boxing events organised by The Pit Boxing Gym.

Event tickets may be subject to additional conditions of sale.
 

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or remove any part of the website without notice.
